Skills Required:• Good Knowledge of SAP Modules• Power BI• Inventory Management• Demand Planning• Material Requirement Planning (MRP)• Reorder Point, EOQ, Maximum Stock level calculation.• Logistics & Supply Chain Processes• Procurement / Purchase
Roles & Responsibilities:• Monitor inventory status and generate inventory reports.• Inventory Analysis to reduce inventory levels.• MRP, Scheduling, Routing, Sequencing.• Calculate Reorder Point, EOQ, Maximum Stock level calculation.• Develops supplier forecasts and determines logistical processes with suppliers.• controlling the production under dynamic situation without any loss of time.• Maintain MRP Parameters in SAP• Maintain SAP Master Data• Reorder Point• Safety Stock• Maximum Stock Levels
Education Background: Person should have a B. Tech or BE in Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
