Executive Team Assistant with German

We’re looking for a person who can support us with business management and related executive assistant activities like:
• managing calendars including scheduling of conference calls (internal and external) across multiple time zones, arranging rooms, video conferences and audio facilities, as well as various events, etc.
• arranging travel bookings, itineraries, visas, and accommodation
• supporting office administration such as ordering supplies, handling mail and managing conference logistics
• coordinating the production of presentations, reports, and documents
• assisting with finance management, including processing of invoices and expenses,
• collaboration and building a network with other assistants
• helping coordinate and manage communication activities as well as various initiatives and projects in Pay & Manager Liquidity.
