Executive Technology Care Operations Engineer

Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified **Executive Technology Care Operations Engineer** to join their team **onsite** in Charlotte, NC. This professional level role will provide top-tier technology expertise to Operating Council, their Executive Assistants, and Board of Directors and is critical in ensuring seamless operational business continuity with timely and effective solutions. This role will have system-wide responsibility on complex components in deploying equipment, resolving technology matters, ordering, installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and network devices including laptops, desktops, iPhones, iPads, Surface Pros, etc. This position may include **travel up to 10%.** **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Lead the identification, triage, and resolution of high-priority incidents, minimizing impact on business operations + Subject matter expert for ordering and providing in-person set up of all onboarding equipment for day one readiness. Common items include laptop, tablets, mobile devices, Wi-Fi devices, peripherals, building access badge with corresponding access, IAM access, and RSA token. Technician will provide in-person handoff and final setup ensuring user is fully operational + Provide onsite technology support at large corporate hosted events and meetings for Board of Directors and executive meetings. Including determining advance site scoping, connectivity strength of cell service and Wi-Fi, booster needs, printers, onsite support to connect and troubleshoot access and devices during meetings and events + Research and analyze data and information, navigate multiple systems, resources, and tools to investigate and provide accurate answers; escalating when required + Apply reason, assess risk, and process when working through complex inquiries + Follow standard policies, procedures, practices, and Service Level Agreements, to meet or exceed operational goals + Coordinate ordering new technology, upgrades, and maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance + Track all incidents in ServiceNow and maintain comprehensive documentation of incident resolution procedures and contribute to the knowledge base for future reference + Document technology processes, procedures, and best practices and provide technology training and guidance + Effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with efficient time-management skill + Monitor and report on the technology service level agreements and performance metrics and identify areas for improvement + Communicate professionally with the highest executive levels to provide status updates and resolutions + Provide system / application awareness notifications for items that could impact multiple users + Stay current with the latest developments in technology and software updates to provide informed support, training, and recommendations. Participate in pilot programs where available + Manage the technology inventory and assets for Operating Council, their Executive Assistants, and Board of Directors. Partial list includes ordering, tracking, and disposing of technology equipment and supplies + Effectively partner with Core Technology and Operations Leadership team and Corporate Cyber Security Leadership teams relative to initiatives and strategy **Required Skills and Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent technology work experience, preferably in a financial services environment + Demonstrated proficiency working with Mac/PC hardware/software, mobile phones/tablets, a wide array of computing peripherals and accessories + Strong technical skills and knowledge of technology systems, applications, and devices, including WinOS, macOS, iOS, Office 365, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, VPN, printers, scanners, etc + Experience supporting major executive events (i.e., Board of Directors Meetings, town halls, leadership team meetings) + Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at the executive level + Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential issues + Ability to interpret and convey complex, difficult, or sensitive information + Prominent level of dependability and reliability committed to delivering exceptional white-glove services + Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving skills + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and meet deadlines under pressure **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related field, or four years equivalent work experience + Experience with ServiceNow + PC/Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification + Previous White Glove experience in an enterprise environment + Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) + Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area + Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification + Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT), or Apple Certified IOS Technician (ACiT) _We offer a comprehensive benefit package that you can elect into including but not limited to: Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental), 401k, Basic Life / AD&D, Supplemental Insurances Plans, Paid Time Off Plan, Paid Holiday, Paid Sick Leave plan, FSA / HSA Pre-Tax Benefits, Employee Discounts._ W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
