Executive Vice President, Business and Performance Integration

This individual will specifically work on the GSK pharmaceutical business and will be responsible for leading and developing a connected strategy and performance solution that drives media outcomes. The EVP Business Integration Lead will collaborate with other Publicis agencies, key GSK clients, and external partners to define and deliver an integrated architecture that supports omnichannel business growth. Additionally, this leader will work closely with the GSK client lead, business intelligence lead, and account leads to modernize and activate the best of PHM and Publicis data and technology solutions for the benefit of GSK. This role will also focus on driving omni strategy including data, technology, and media innovation. **Responsibilities** + Lead and develop a connected performance solution that drives media outcomes. + Be the executive lead and the connecter to strategically apply Publicis Groupe solutions, technology and tools to one cohesive structure for GSK. Lead the different entities by being the single voice of the client. + Collaborate with other Publicis agencies, key GSK clients, and external partners to define and deliver an integrated business architecture that delivers omnichannel business growth. + Work closely with the GSK client lead, business intelligence lead, and account leads to shape a modernized approach to holistic activation of the best of PHM and Publicis data and technology solutions to the benefit of GSK. + Drive omni strategy including data, technology, and media innovation. + Partner with Business intelligence lead to ensure measurement, analytics and insights is pulled through in the clients strategic fabric + Develop and deploy a strategic vision for the team, data and technology maturity roadmap, and collaborate with PHM’s business intelligence leader and Publicis Groupe Entities to drive necessary business transformation process. **Qualifications** + Minimum 15 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years of agency experience. + Experience with industry leading technology tools (Looker, LiveRamp, Salesforce, Adobe, etc.) + Digital attribution experience. + Robust knowledge and experience of third-party ad serving along with site-side tracking technologies across mobile, video, and display. + Experience utilizing and/or modeling multiple data sources simultaneously, identifying and procuring third-party data. + Deep knowledge and experience across the media landscape, including both addressable and non-addressable channels. + Expertise in leveraging the digital data ecosystem, with advanced digital data market experience, including social and mobile data. + Understanding of a broad range of online advertising media channels from Search, Display, Email, Contextual, Social, Online Video – a holistic view of Paid, Owned, Earned. + Robust understanding of martech and adtech solutions, with the ability to provide meaningful business transformation to the client and internal teams. + Strong leadership capabilities that create impact and lead change across client relationships, people and teams, and business results. + Excellent communication and storytelling skills. **Additional Information** Compensation Range: $150,000 - $300,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
