The Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (EVP/COO) reports to the Chief Executive Officer of Blessing Health and is an active participant on the Executive Team. This position is responsible for the system’s day-to-day activities within all services lines including Illini Hospital, and Blessing Health Hannibal. Ensuring efficient delivery of quality patient care, managing budgets, optimizing clinical and administrative processes, and driving strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals, while maintaining compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations. Requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations. The EVP/COO will be an active participant in the development of Blessing Health’s strategic plan and accountable for implementing the strategy within the scope of this role.

REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Finance or related degree Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership within healthcare Effective verbal and written communication Project management and organizational change management skillsPREFERRED:
