Job DescriptionNorco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Executive Vice-President Industrial Division position. The Executive Vice President of Norco’s Industrial Division is the operations officer responsible for the revenue growth, planning, organizing, directing and controlling of the day-to-day and long-term activities of the industrial division. Problem solving includes comprehensive divisional strategy development and organizational opportunity identification. Impact includes potential for substantial financial, legal, competitive, and regulatory implications. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conduct the business of the Industrial Division of Norco in direct alignment with the Strategic Vision of Norco as established by the CEOStrategize, organize, and direct the business of the Industrial Division to achieve the goals and directives of executive leadershipMaintain awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, and new industry developmentsOversee all aspects of sales and marketing related to products and services offered by the Industrial DivisionContinual improvement of the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the Industrial DivisionMaintain current knowledge of rules and regulations applicable to the industry.
