An Groups and Events Executive will be responsible for selling and organizing groups and groups with events at the hotel and achieving the Group and Catering goals established in Budget and Forecast

What will I be doing?
\n
As a Groups and Events Executive, you will maximize revenue opportunities in the areas groups and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions. The Groups and Events Executive will interact frequently with customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business. Specifically, a G & E Executive will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\n\n\n\nReceive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue \nSeek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Team\nPreparation of Proposal, BEOs, groups instructions, contracts and addendums\nWork with the systems (Delphi, R&I, and Opera) to create group blocks, RL, block updates and related\nManage an events schedule to maximize yield\nWork in cooperation with the sales manager providing support in checking the availability of the rooms offered\nBuild strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs\nArrange and carry out Hotel site inspections\nEnsure the complete administration and execution of all groups and events\nMonitor the groups and events in-house events together with the operations team\nParticipate in hotel promotional activities\n\n\n
