**Job Description:** O executivo de Vendas da unidade de negócio Dexis (produto: Scanner Intra Oral) é responsável pelas vendas de sell out dos distribuidores da marca em seu território de atuação. **Principais responsabilidades:** + Selecionar, segmentar e escolher novos distribuidores, considerando a cobertura territorial, as capacidades dos distribuidores e o potencial de crescimento. + Estabelecer contratos de distribuição e coordenar a integração (onboarding) de novos distribuidores. + Desenvolver e executar planos de desenvolvimento de contas ambiciosos, porém realistas, em colaboração com o time de Marketing. + Realizar revisões periódicas de negócios e impulsionar o desempenho dos distribuidores, capacitando-os sistematicamente a expandir seus negócios e aumentar as vendas ao consumidor final (sell-out). + Construir relações de confiança e parcerias de longo prazo com os distribuidores, protegendo ou ampliando continuamente a participação da DEXIS Diagnostics na carteira de compras dos parceiros. + Liderar previsões periódicas e revisões do funil de vendas dos distribuidores, garantindo previsões e estimativas de vendas confiáveis. + Apoiar os distribuidores na conversão de oportunidades de vendas, utilizando, por exemplo, o suporte de Especialistas de Aplicação ou promoções/descontos, conforme apropriado. + Monitorar os níveis de estoque dos distribuidores e o desempenho de vendas ao consumidor final (sell-out). + Outras atividades poderão ser designadas ​ **Job Requirements:** + Experiência em vendas na área de tecnologia, na indústria de saúde ou Odontológica. + Experiência com modelo de vendas sell out + Domínio do Pacote Office + Experiência com CRM **Operating Company:** DEXIS Envista and its family of companies (Envista) will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate.
