Exercise Physiologist - PAMC Pulmonary and Cardiac Rehab

Provides direct patient care, assists with coordination of patient education and activity planning.  Responsible for patient assessment, intervention, evaluation, education and supervision of ECG (telemetry and non-telemetry), and exercise therapy.

Position is part time, 0.75 FTE, 30 hours per week, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 7:15am – 5:45pm AKT, including a 30-min lunch.

This position's duties and responsibilities will be cross-trained between the Pulmonary and Cardiac Rehab departments.

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. 

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 1 year experience with emphasis on knowledge of cardiac medication, exercise physiology, nutrition, counseling techniques and patient education

Preferred Qualifications: 

Master's Degree in Exercise Science or related field Upon hire: Certification by the American College of Sports Medicine
