Responsibilities
Position Summary:

The incumbent provides coordinates and directs care to individuals and families using a holistic approach. The incumbent should use critical thinking and problem solving in providing effective and appropriate care within a safe and confidential environment from admission to discharge. The incumbent collaborates with members of the healthcare team provides leadership personal/professional development and conducts him/herself professionally. The incumbent coordinates with the RN for facilitating the routine operations of the cardiac rehabilitation program. The incumbent is also responsible for initial exercise prescriptions of patients and ongoing assessment/adjustment throughout the recovery process.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:This position requires at least  one (1) year recent experience in Cardiac Rehab or related field.Bachelors degree in exercise physiology, physical education or related field.  Current BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association. Preferred Qualifications:ACSM is preferred.
