THE JOB: 

The Exhibitor Services Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day operations of the department, providing support to multiple MGM properties. This role will involve overseeing daily tradeshow audits using the Exhibitor Services Software system to ensure event success.  The Coordinator will also use the system to process all internet-related orders and manage billing.  All tasks will be carried out in alignment with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures. 

You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY RATE:  $20.00 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Answer incoming phone calls to assist exhibitors, vendors, GSC, and other stakeholdersRespond promptly to exhibitor inquiries via phone, email, or faxReview and distribute exhibitor orders, floor plans, and production schedulesConduct audits of F&B and Internet orders for accuracy and complianceProcess daily checks, wire transfers, and perform accounts receivable and accounts payable auditsEnter exhibitor orders into the system accurately and within the required timeframeProvide internet sales and customer service support for the Convention Network departmentsCommunicate with customers regarding internet-related services through phone, email, and in personComplete invoicing and billing procedures promptly and efficientlyAssist with customer troubleshooting calls and resolve issues in a timely mannerEnsure that network services meet customer expectations and deadlinesUpdate workflow documentation to ensure all ordered services are installed as scheduledPerform daily audits of the Exhibitor Services Software workflow and orders

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must be 18 years of age or olderHigh school diploma, GED or educational equivalentOne (1) year of previous guest services experience in a similar resort settingUnderstanding of Conventions, Trade Shows and Events preferredExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholdersCapable of standing and walking for a majority of the shift
