The Opportunity

This is an exciting 12-month contract opportunity to join the AIA Business Administration team to deliver a best in class business administration experience. Help us champion a customer focused culture by enhancing enterprise value and reputation through continuous improvement activities and strong relationship management skills.

To do this successfully you will:

Provide timely response to customers in areas of product information, outpatient / inpatient services, claims, premium payment and policy terminationProcess customer instructions / requestTroubleshoot and resolve customer complaintMay reach out to customers whose policies have lapsed in an attempt to retain them

Successful applications will demonstrate:

Experience in the Customer Service or Admin roleIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suiteAbility to work in a face paced environmentStrong organisation skills
