About the Role

We are looking for a Existing Customer Management (ECM) Repurchase, Consultant

Report to: Associate Director, Customer Marketing
Location: Ho Chi Minh
Function: Marketing | Department: Customer Marketing
Type: Individual Contributor

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Manages all aspects and drive the progress of the implementation phase of the repurchase strategy by collaborating with the Distribution team.Design annual plan aligned with business strategy and drive the adoption of always-on and tactical campaigns to enhance the repurchase ratio and increase referrals, thereby contributing to AIA’s business growth.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive the implementation phase of repurchase process (80%)

Develop ECM initiatives and influence internal stakeholders for their buy-in, adoption and investment. Monitor implementation of repurchase campaigns or ECM customer promotions to achieve repurchase rates among existing policyholders. Continue enhancing ECM foundational capabilities including distributor engagement and digital platform(s) to accelerate the delivery of ECM blueprint through feedback loops and cross-functional coordination. Drive collaboration and lead discussions with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive efforts, including:

Leverage customer insights from predictive/descriptive analytics to understand customer needs, wants, preference, behaviors, then define opportunities.Lead the design of appealing offerings to both ECM and distribution by triggering the request to SME from Proposition and Actuary to revert with options and offering finalization by facilitating the conversation among stakeholders. Ensure marketing collaterals delivery to respective audience (Agent/ Customer) by triggering requests to SME from Digital MKT and Customer Engagement for content preparation automate process enablement (Email/Message)Ensure sales teams to buy in with offerings, ensure agents prepared and equipped to support repurchase initiatives by facilitating the cadences with Agency Capability Development and follow actions.Ensure performance and insights well captured to inform business impacts when running repurchase campaigns by triggering requests to technology and digital enablers as IT and MKT to develop automation lead management and maintain insightful performance monitoring dashboard for visibility into ECM funnel metrics.

Monitor effectiveness of customer campaigns and engage key stakeholders for enhancements (20%)

Manage budget planning and approvalMonitor implementation of ECM projects to ensure project deliverables and timeline.Coordinate with Customer Insight to conduct feedback surveys for customer campaigns.Conduct post campaign analysis to monitor effectiveness of customer campaigns and engage key stakeholders for learnings and enhancements.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education – A bachelor’s degree preferable in Business Administration or FinanceExperience – At least 5-7 years of experience in project management or customer marketing, customer analytics, existing customer managementIn-depth of knowledge of insurance products to support propositions development and customer marketing.Excellent command of English and Vietnamese, both written and oral.Strong influencing and collaboration skillsGood understanding of data analytics to inform business decisionsStrong Project Management Skills especially under timeline pressure.Strong communication & presentation skills, especially presenting to Leadership Members and Project Team Members
