Provides “World Class” Member Service by surprising and delighting our members every day. Engages members as they exit the store, working with the Loss Prevention Manager and the Assistant Store Manager to monitor exit alarms and spot-check receipts. Provide feedback for training purposes for the Checkout Service Associates and assist members with special needs.
