**EXO QA Sr. Manager**

The EXO QA Sr. Manager will lead the team and provide collaborative support to the broader EXO and Quality structure and beyond. They will implement the Quality strategy within the area of responsibilities and improve quality processes and standards for TPMs and also deliver departmental goals and objectives in accordance with the Coty supply chain strategy and QA policy while incorporating specific regulatory requirements.
**THE ROLE**
**In this role you will be responsible for:**
+ _Ensure compliance to Coty QA policy and external regulations to ensure our customers and consumers receive Quality products_
+ _Host external Bodies and Health Authorities in his/her scope for any inspection on products_
+ _Release of EXO Coty products in scope_
+ _Manage, report and investigate any product non conformance_
+ _Is responsible for Quality System and harmonization of standard practices in scope_
+ _Create, document and implement all systems and processes necessary to meet deployed QA targets and objectives_
+ _Collaborates cross functionally in the supply chain to achieve all KPI’s_
+ _Optimize productivity of the QA function_
+ _Deploy Coty QA policy and strategy across the Vendors network_
+ _Deploy and standardize the global TPM Qualification program_
+ _Manage vendors audits and adhere to the audit plan by performing assigned audits according to the latest regulatory requirements (FDA OTC, EU 1233/2009, ISO 22716)_
+ _Build and sustain CAPA programs and communication with the vendors_
+ _Assign Quality KPIs to vendors and follow up as needed_
+ _Coordinates the collection of Quality KPIs and drive continuous quality improvements (systems, processes, capability)_
+ _Plans, conducts and supervises assignments and is ultimately responsible for meeting objectives within the area of responsibility_
+ _Manage his/her direct reports ensuring that all employees receive adequate training and development to cope with the job and changes_
+ _Conducts the review and evaluation of the personnel in the department_
+ _Ensures that all company and departmental policies and procedures are implemented by the department personnel_
+ _Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor_
**QUALIFICATIONS**
We’d love to see candidates who have:
**_Knowledge:_**
+ _Minimum Bachelor Degree (4 year) in Sciences or Management, Master degree preferred._
+ _Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment_
+ _Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience_
+ _TQM skills_
+ _FDA experience desirable_
+ _Experience with GMPs_
+ _Knowledge of quality standards_
+ _Strong Knowledge of the QA Guidelines is needed as well as the local regulations regarding Good Manufacturing Practices._
+ _Deep knowledge of the industrialization processes especially for new products, mainly on the success criteria setting._
+ _Knowledge of TQM methodology and processes management._
+ _Knowledgeable of customary quality assurance testing schemes._
+ _Knowledgeable of customary Bulk and finished goods testing schemes._
+ _Knowledgeable of GDPs, GMPs._
+ _Must possess a thorough understanding of Production Packing Processes, filling and finishing techniques and Industrialization Processes._
+ _Possess budget management and statistical knowledge._
**_Functional/Technical Skills:_**
+ _Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root-cause, recommend options, prioritize and implement appropriate solutions._
+ _Strong verbal and written communication skills._
+ _Must have strong people skills and the ability to effectively manage people, programs, and projects_

+ _Effectively work and communicate with other departments in the organization as well as external parties (TPM, Suppliers)_
