We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor who excels in customer service and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be the key liaison between our clients and service department, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience that reflects the luxury nature of our brand.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Act as the main point of contact for clients scheduling service or repairs on their vehicles.
• Provide detailed explanations of service recommendations, costs, and timelines, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Collaborate with technicians to accurately communicate diagnoses and updates to clients.
• Proactively follow up on service progress, addressing any client concerns promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, vehicle history, and service documentation.
• Promote additional services or maintenance that enhance the performance and longevity of clients’ vehicles.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably with luxury or exotic automotive brands.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with dealership management software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, X-Time).
• Knowledge of exotic car brands and their specific maintenance/repair needs is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
