DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Support for Product Launches: The role entails providing essential support for new product launches and transfers, ensuring smooth integration into existing operations. + Training Curriculum Management: Responsibilities include updating and maintaining the operational training curricula to ensure compliance with current procedures and best practices. + Data Management: The individual enters relevant data into the Training Management System, utilizing reports for systematic analysis to enhance training effectiveness and operational performance. + Non-Conformity Investigation: Participation in the investigation of Non-Conformities is vital to identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. + Training Multiplication and Resource Management: Acting as a training multiplier, the role involves inserting, controlling purchase orders for necessary materials and equipment, ensuring resources are readily available for training activities. + Personnel Training and Qualification: Ensures all manufacturing personnel are thoroughly trained and qualified according to specific guidelines, using applicable training documents, materials, and tools. + Training Plan Coordination: The individual executes and coordinates a training plan tailored to assigned production areas, aligning with business goals and objectives while conducting orientations for new hires. + Compliance with Quality and Safety Standards: Adherence to various quality, safety, and environmental standards (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and OSHAS 18001) is essential, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment. + Job Instructor Certification: The role entails teaching and certifying personnel as Job Instructors (JI) using the TWI methodology, along with evaluating and monitoring their training effectiveness in On-the-Job Training (OJT). + Learning Management System Oversight: The individual manages the Learning Management System (LMS) related to the OPCERT process, reviewing reports for recertification and coordinating assessments and audits, while ensuring communication of pertinent business issues to upper management. **Qualifications** EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION + Complete High School + Minimum relevant experience of 2-4 years working in training positions is preferred. + Previous experience in manufacturing; Cross-functional knowledge in various areas of production. + Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint. + Excellent Communication skills. + Knowledge or skill of presentation techniques. + An associated degree or equivalent is required + Ability to provide training and qualify to Train the Trainer + Skills in setting priorities, follow-up and control
