Key Responsibilities:

·       Scrutiny of the customer PO for required material, price, discount, payment term and other commercial terms

·       Handle general enquiries from the customer. Receive feedback on customer service and other general calls to ensure a high level of customer service is achieved

·       Receive customer orders and input into the order processing system and update customers on order status

·       Capture all customer complaints, log, track and report upon as required

·       Liaise with ISC team to ensure correct delivery of customer orders. Monitor delivery performance against target

·       New customer registration: Following legal & business requirements for new customer registration, adhering due diligence process, follow up with the customer and sales team for collection of all required documents and support to create the customer with all required approval.

·       Material forecasting: Working with business leader, ISC, sales and marketing teams to plan the monthly material required to fulfill orders and the months target

·       Maintain MIS to review business patterns to help improve customer orders and service levels

·       Provide reports and updates on levels of customer service, complaints and sales

 

Key Relationships:

·       Customers – Being their first point of contact in the office and ambassador for customer satisfaction

·       Sales & Marketing – daily contact and support to ensure high levels of customer service are provided

·       Supply Chain and Manufacturing – regular contact to ensure delivery, support and forecasting accuracy throughout the entire supply chain

·       Finance & Credit Control Department – ensuring the effective and professional management of the customer’s finances and company’s credit controls

Education:

·       Graduation degree with 3-5 years of experience 

Skills:

·       Functional knowledge of sales operations, inventory planning, customer order processing and managing customer relationship

·       Working experience in SAP and SFDC is a positive

·       Strong and effective communication (english) & presentation skills

·       Excellent interpersonal skills

·       Process oriented and strong analytical skills

·       Solution provider and act with urgency attitude
