Naft Construction and Design Company is looking for an expert for the role of acceleration expert in purchasing and procurement. This position is located in Tehran and requires the ability to identify and manage existing problems in projects along with relative experience and expertise in the field of equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Identifying and providing solutions for existing problems. On the way to projects
- Management of procurement and procurement processes with the aim of accelerating operations
- Evaluation and improvement of procurement and procurement processes
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely implementation of projects
- Negotiation With suppliers for the best price and Conditions - Sufficient knowledge and mastery of the project documents after the contract and the ability to manage said documents - Providing information on goods and equipment to the commercial support department for packaging inspection, shipping, customs clearance - Review and information on bar traffic reports - Follow-up of sending goods to the warehouse of the workshop
_ Holding KOM meetings and responsible for guiding purchase packages from the moment of receipt of LOI to delivery of goods to the site and completion of all work and financial procedures

Qualifications:
- Possess a degree Engineering Electricity and electronics or telecommunications
