SUMMARY

Assist in the management of materials to ensure customer acceptance and timely delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate setting up work orders with Bill of Material Coordinators, including tracking change notice and Bill of Material completion.Coordinate and track part ordering and delivery with Purchasing.Assist with developing an SSP list and coordinate the ordering, delivery and shipping of the SSP per the contract requirements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree1 plus years relatedBilingual (Eng-Spa)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with using Bill of Materials, Work Orders and Purchase Orders
