What You'll Do Tracking project leads to assist sales staff Assist management in developing a project status and tracking schedule through Salesforce Organizing and keeping track of bid logs for sales staff Updating and inputting information and leads in Salesforce Project schedule tracking through Dodge, Builder’s Exchange, and rebar fab project list Provide upselling leads by identifying related products, add-on extensions, and informing customers of product promotions. Processes orders, quotes, enters orders into the system and provides order information to customers. Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, record sales activities, and update customer information to management accurately and frequently. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales managers and product specialists, to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Interpret and analyze KPI dashboards and sales reports to assist in improving salesteam performance. Provide feedback and recommendations to management based on performance analysis and market trends. Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data. Maintains and submits all required sales administration reports. Regularly attends company meetings. What You'll Need Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce, and cost reporting Comprehensive understanding of the sales process Experience working within the manufacturing, construction industry and collaborating with Sales teams on contracting activities Familiarity with creating, tracking, and managing accounts, leads, and bids in Salesforce (or similar platform) is highly desirable, but not required.
