Essential Functions: Must be able to process flooring orders (soft surface, hard surface, sample) through all computer systems Addresses all exceptions associated with flooring orders Must be able to process all types of Return Authorizations Assist with inventory process Assign build team to orders Coordinate and oversee put away of replenishment stock Process incoming trucks as needed Must be able to manage, process, and ship sample orders Maintain a clean and organized work environment Perform other duties as assigned by Manager Knowledge/Skills: Must be able to read and write numbers in English. Excellent customer service skills.
