Essential Functions: Must be able to process flooring orders (soft surface, hard surface, sample) through all computer systems Addresses all exceptions associated with flooring orders Must be able to process all types of Return Authorizations Assist with inventory process Assign build team to orders Coordinate and oversee put away of replenishment stock Process incoming trucks as needed Must be able to manage, process, and ship sample orders Maintain a clean and organized work environment Perform other duties as assigned by Manager Knowledge/Skills: Must be able to read and write numbers in English. Excellent customer service skills. Must be able to communicate in writing and verbally Must be able to use computer and programs associated with job requirements Must be able to make decisions and direct the work of others Must be able to record, analyze, comprehend, and interpret data Must be able to meet frequent deadlines Must have high school diploma or GED This position is located and works out of Coppell, TX $22.79 Per Hour Sun: 12:00 pm start time Mon-Thurs.: 4:00 pm to 1:30 am Work Shift 8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts PM Shaw Industries is an equal opportunity employer as to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
