Job Summary: The Food and Beverage Expeditor is responsible for cleaning all dishes coming from servers before giving to the dishwasher, stocking clean dishes and assisting Spenser’s and Fred Harvey Restaurant. Responsibilities Fully understand and support Xanterra Mission Statement and Core Values. Clean all dishes coming from servers before giving to dishwasher. Ensure proper cups are in the proper racks Put the silverware in proper area. Depending on what stations are open, have a clean cart ready so you can travel station to station emptying carts and replacing with clean bus tubs. Help with Trash when it comes time. Make sure area is clean after leaving, wiped down, and organized. Assists Front of House staff as necessary. Other Duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years of age to meet minimum age requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service position in the hospitality industry.
