What are we looking for?

Join our dynamic finance team at SentinelOne, Inc., a pioneering force in cybersecurity, dedicated to transforming the protection of digital assets through cutting-edge AI-powered solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented Expense and Travel Program Manager to oversee worldwide travel logistics while ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures. This role is new to SentinelOne and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in managing travel operations with precision. We are looking for a go-getter who can navigate challenges and find effective solutions independently.

What will you do? 

Travel Coordination: Facilitate employee travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other arrangements as needed. Policy Management and Adherence: Maintain and update documentation of corporate travel policies and guidelines, including developing documentation for best practices and how-to guides on company intranet. Ensure all travel activities comply with company corporate policies and guidelines, including budget constraints, booking procedures, and expense reporting. Compliance Monitoring: Monitor travel activities to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations, identifying and addressing any non-compliance issues promptly. Serve as primary reviewer to expenses team for any potential expense non-compliance matters. Perform audits of expenses and travel activities to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations. Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with travel vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure high-quality service delivery. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on travel expenses, compliance metrics, and performance trends, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements. Training and Education: Conduct training sessions on travel policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance compliance awareness and operational efficiency. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for travel-related inquiries and expense issues, liaising with internal teams and external partners as needed.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field preferred. Minimum 8 years of experience in travel and expense management, with prior experience in the travel industry before transitioning to a corporate environment focusing on compliance and policy enforcement, highly preferred. Proficiency in travel booking systems and expense management software (e.g., Navan, Expensify).  Strong understanding of travel logistics, expense management, and corporate travel policies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive informed decisions. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.   Coupa experience is a plus
