About Role
The Expense Management Team Manager is responsible for managing the company’s expense-related processes and policies. Their key responsibilities include:
Policy Development & Compliance: Review and updates expense management controls and policies, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards and regulations.Expense Management: Ensures compliance with expense policies. Provides guidance to Expense Management Analysts and reviews questionable/improperly documented claims.A/P Card & Corporate Card program oversight and managementManagement & Development of TeamCost Analysis: Analyzing spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities.Reporting: Responsible for monthly reporting to comply with compliance and controls.Training: Maintains Concur training manuals. Holds Quarterly Concur Lunch and Learns.System Maintenance: Monthly review to comply with compliance and controlsProjects: Concu/Workday integration plan. Explores and suggests improvements with current system.Qualifications:
EducationBachelors Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
SkillsExceptional Excel skills including VLOOKUPS and IF Statements and Pivot tableExperience managing a teamStrong analytical skillsSAP Concur experience
