We are seeking a talented Expense Specialist to join our team. This position can be fully remote.

Responsibilities: Day-to-day review for accuracy of employee expense reimbursements Day-to-day review of employee-related company purchasing card transactions Ensure compliance with company guidelines and relevant laws and regulations Assistance with the collaboration of expense report follow-ups Generate reports for expense report status, and spending when needed Assist in educating users on expense policies and proper documentation, including receipts, invoices, and supporting documentation Stay updated on the latest laws and regulations for FAR/IRS audits Assist with reimbursement payroll processing and reconciling monthly credit card reconciliation Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field and/or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in expense management for review and processing and administrative experience Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook skills and Microsoft Teams Expense policy knowledge Knowledge of expense software and tools, such as VantagePoint Expense Keeper Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team
