Job Description

Summary

Axis Communications is looking for an Experience Center Coordinator to join the West Business Area Team! The individual will be responsible for all administrative duties within the Axis Experience Center (San Jose, CA) to support the management of both customer and internal meetings.  

Responsibilities:

Provide reception desk and phone coverage. Greeting and instructing guests as determined by the lead event coordinator.Initiate calendar invitations to meeting prospects and attendees.Manage visitor sign-in capture and badge issue process.Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the facility at all times, before and after meetings.Ensure proper inventory food/beverage and supplies are in stock.Work cohesively with the Area Sales and Marketing teams and provide support as needed.Support the Field Marketing Manager with lead management, budget reporting, local purchasing, and other requests.Act as the interface with the building property management.Manage inbound and outbound packages.Facilitate catering services.Manage relationships with building personnel, local hotels, and vendors.Additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor degree in Marketing or a related field is desired1+ years of reception experience or solid internship experienceHospitality or service industry experience a plus

Hourly range:

$25 to $28 an hour (based on education, experience and location)
