Position Summary

The Experience Curation ensures excellent planning and organization for plan and organize be spoke trip to our elite customers, builds relationship with Elite customers to retain loyalty by exceeding patrons expectation and understanding patrons preference create unforgettable trip experience.

Primary Responsibility

• Responsible for creating and curating exceptional and personalized experiences for high-profile guests, including arranging itineraries, purchasing event tickets, organizing private dinners or special occasion celebrations and ensuring smooth execution, going beyond expectations to create memorable stay experience.
• Collaborate with VIP guests to understand their preferences, interests, and expectations, and create customized itineraries and experiences tailored to their desires
• Source and secure tickets for concerts, sports events, theater performances, and other exclusive experiences, ensuring VIP guests have access to coveted events
• Coordinate and execute birthday celebrations, including selecting decorations, organizing surprise elements, arranging entertainment, and ensuring a seamless experience
• Arrange intimate and personalized dining experiences, including selecting the menu, coordinating with the culinary team, and ensuring exceptional service and ambiance
• Coordinate luxury transportation services, such as limousines or private jets, to ensure VIP guests have a seamless and comfortable travel experience
• Provide exceptional and personalized service to VIP guests throughout their stay, proactively anticipating their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates, availability, and quality for VIP experiences and services
• Manage budgets for VIP experiences, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality and luxury
• Handle unexpected situations or guest requests in professional manner, finding creative solutions to ensure guest satisfaction
• Collect feedback from VIP guests, analyze their preferences, and use the insights to continually enhance the VIP experience offering
• Possess a strong network of contacts within the luxury hospitality industry, including vendors, suppliers, and entertainment providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in luxury hospitality, event planning, or concierge services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with VIP guests
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to think quickly and find creative solutions
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex itineraries, timelines, and logistics seamlessly
• Attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of the VIP experience is flawlessly executed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
• Willing to work flexible hours to accommodate guest needs and ensure seamless service
• Understanding of luxury brands and good knowledge of market trends
• Discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information and situations with the utmost professionalism
