Experience Designer (6 months)

You will:
Have a strong working knowledge of UX, UI, Research, Service design and/or Design Thinking.Spark UX conversations across all stages of a project, translating business requirements and insights into memorable user experiences.Create design flowchart to understand, improve and implement seamless, coherent user experiences.Collaborate continuously with front-end development and business users.Work comfortably in an agile environment.
We are looking for someone who has:
A degree in Design or closely related discipline, or equivalent work experience.Stellar visual design skills, including experience using Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Axure and/ or similar.Deep experience with user-centered design methods and techniques. Design thinkers welcome!Strong communication skills and working with teams on large-scale projects.An ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a time sensitive environment.Proficiency with user research, particularly with a lean approach.Experience with front-end development and marketing technology is desirableAbout Manulife and John Hancock
