We are looking for a talented and driven Experience Designer to join our team, working on a variety of exciting, international projects for a global brand. This role will help create and produce engaging digital and print assets, including learning and development materials, event collateral and videos, PowerPoint presentations and production logistics. What You’ll Do:
As a Bilingual Experience Designer at Bond, you will be responsible for designing high-quality visual content on behalf of our clients. Your proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint, plus bilingual communication in English/Spanish is required for this position, and German proficiency is an asset.
Visual Experience Conceptualization:
Lead the conceptualization of visual assets based on provided content or requirements from clients and key Bond stakeholders.Learning & Development Design:
Bring concepts to life with compelling visuals aligned with the target audience intended to different asset modalities, as required. Design e-learning assets, including graphics, interactive elements, and gamified content, to enhance user engagement. Develop and adapt learning resources in various formats, ensuring they align with instructional design principles and the customer’s branding guidelines. Collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders to ensure all training materials are visually appealing, effective, and culturally appropriate for global audiences.Design of Project Deliverables:
Create and review project deliverables, such as Journey, roadmaps, graphic representation of timelines and strategy messages. Refine key project deliverables, such as concept, steerco, and pitch presentations. Create PowerPoint templates, branded for internal or external corporate identities.Event Graphic Design:
Design event collateral for a variety of corporate events, including invitations, brochures, programs, and signage. Create master presentations in PowerPoint for keynote speakers, ensuring consistency in design, clarity of messaging, and visual impact. Design event-specific websites for registration, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience that reflects the event theme and branding.Cross-Cultural Design & Brand Consistency:
Work with global teams to adapt designs for different cultural contexts and ensure they resonate with diverse audiences. Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, from training materials to event collateral, ensuring a unified visual identity.Project Management & Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers, coordinators, strategists and cross-functional teams to ensure that design materials are delivered on time and meet project requirements. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.What you’ll have:
2-3 years of professional graphic design experience, particularly with international projects, learning materials, and event collateral. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and PowerPoint. Strong design portfolio showcasing work across digital, print, and event-related design formats. Experience in designing e-learning modules, gamified learning experiences, or other interactive digital content is a plus. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). German proficiency is desired but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with diverse teams. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and project management capabilities. Understanding of global design trends and the ability to work in cross-cultural environments.Why Bond?
