Kforce has a client in Charlotte, NC that is seeking an Experience Designer. Responsibilities: * Lead Experience Design: The Experience Designer will independently create and refine user experiences across platforms, with a focus on intuitive data visualizations and workflows * Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with team members and stakeholders to align on goals and drive user experience initiatives * Simplify Complexity: Transform complex financial information into clear, user-friendly interactions, workflows, and visuals * Prototyping & Implementation: Develop detailed wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, and work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation * Data-Driven Design: The Experience Designer will utilize data insights and research to make informed design decisions that enhance user satisfaction * Maintain Design Systems: Contribute to and help maintain our design system to ensure consistency and cohesion across all platforms
