Experience Program Specialist Job ID 223412 Posted 09-Jun-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Administrative Location(s) Boston - Massachusetts - United States of America **About the Role:** As a CBRE Experience Program Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building. **What You’ll Do:** + First point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols. + Maintains, coordinates and delivers Experience Services program materials, including client and company brand compliance. Customize resource guides and training materials to support program implementation and operations. + Administer elements of program change management to include communications, scheduling, event planning, etc. + Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor. + Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed. Coordinate and execute workplace services including mail, office supply services, and onboarding. + Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers. Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner. + Organize and manage building amenities. This includes securing event space, set up and tear down of the room, and delivery of supplies. + Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building. + Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace. + Explain detailed and/or complicated information within the team. Follow specific directions as given by the manager. + Impact through clearly defined duties, and methods and tasks are described in detail. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward. + Perform other duties as assigned. **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or other relevant vocational training preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years related (e.g. Front Desk, Concierge, Hospitality, Room Management, or Customer Service) roles preferred. + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. + Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Experience Program Specialist position is $58,000 annually [or $27.89 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Experience Program Specialist position is $64,000 annually [or $30.77 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
