Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Experience Strategist with 11 to 12 years of expertise in Experience Design POV Design System Management and other key design skills. The ideal candidate will drive impactful design solutions enhancing user experiences and contributing to our companys mission of delivering exceptional digital products.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive experience design strategies. Oversee the creation and management of design systems to ensure consistency across all digital products. Provide expertise in Experience Design POV to shape and guide design projects. Utilize Figma to create and manage design assets and collaborate with team members. Apply UI Design Patterns to develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Employ Adobe XD for prototyping and testing design concepts. Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes. Incorporate Visual Design Elements and Fundamentals to enhance the aesthetic appeal of digital products. Develop and maintain Visual Branding guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand identity. Conduct Heuristic Reviews to identify and address usability issues. Create innovative designs for websites and apps focusing on user engagement and satisfaction. Use Adobe Photoshop to refine and enhance visual elements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business goals. Drive continuous improvement in design processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in Experience Design POV Design System Management and Design System Creation. Demonstrate proficiency in Figma UI Design Patterns and Adobe XD. Showcase expertise in Responsive Web Design and Visual Design Elements & Fundamentals. Have a strong background in Visual Branding and Heuristic Review. Exhibit creative design skills for websites and apps. Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop for visual enhancements.

Certifications Required

Certified Experience Designer Adobe Certified Expert Figma Professional Certification
