The Administrative Clerk assists the management team and the location in the daily administrative functions of the dealership location. Rush Truck Leasing opens the door to the world of opportunity. Responsibilities: Answer telephone, taking messages and assisting callers as needed. Issue and process requisition orders. Process invoices. Create, issue and process purchase orders. Issue credits. Service campaign management. Statement reconciliation Paccar, tire companies, and vendors. Receive drivers and DVIRs as needed. Customer interface. Roadside assistance ROs creation. Invoices researched and printed for key information. Paccar update unit lists by unit adds and deletions (current asset list), Paclease unit list. Open and Close internal ROs or by shop need. STO receiving and adding parts to RO. Parts inventory assistance. Run reports. GEO TAB administrator, ordering, and set up. Lease billing and funding. Rental billing. Fuel tax reporting. Administer and regulate license plate full life cycle including schedule A accuracy, bill of sales, titles. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Three years’ administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and training. SAP Experience necessary. Must be proficient in Excel.
