You will work closely with clients to develop change management strategies, assess change readiness, and design communication plans to support successful change initiatives. Your work will provide guidance on employee engagement, training, and cultural transformation to drive organisational adoption and minimise resistance.

Our Management Consultants work with the client and project teams to support global engagements from India through activities that are driven towards delivering results - conduct analyses and develop insights, prepare excel models, analyze large sets of data, capture as-is processes, prepare work plans, design to-be processes. In addition, consultants also support project lead, work directly with client teams, and facilitate meetings to enable decision making, organize and prepare recommendations on client issues, and participate actively in new business development, thought leadership and firm building activities.

At PwC, this team of consultants works with their US counterparts to develop both short and long-term Workforce Transformation solutions for our clients. Our practitioners facilitate transformation by conducting strategic change initiatives, assisting transformative leadership initiatives, designing HR processes, developing, and implementing learning interventions that align with the client’s business strategy.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Key Responsibilities:
As a WT practitioner, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their transformation challenges by developing effective change management strategies that support clients in achieving their goals. Your responsibilities will encompass crafting and implementing tailored solutions to enhance change adoption and ensure smooth transitions, as well as designing comprehensive communication plans to facilitate clear and effective stakeholder engagement. Additionally, you will identify, and address training needs to support the successful implementation of change initiatives.
As such, the key responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):
Engagement Delivery
Change Management Strategies: Demonstrate excellent knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies to develop effective change management strategies.
Change Management Activities:
Conduct change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder assessments to create engagement plans.
Develop Leadership and end user communications
Develop personas and journey maps
Identify potential barriers to change and formulate mitigation strategies.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of change initiatives and ensure smooth adoption.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Create a customized change management strategy by assessing stakeholder challenges and expectations, considering the unique needs of different persona groups.
Engage with stakeholders to enhance their understanding of change management and ensure their active commitment to the plan.
Communication Strategy:
Design, develop, and implement communication strategies and materials to drive awareness and engagement across the organization.
Articulate the vision and value of change in a manner that resonates with different stakeholder groups.
Learning Solutions: Identify training needs and design comprehensive training plans, utilizing advanced instructional design techniques to promote effective learning and development.
General Requirements:
Excellent in Storyboarding and developing PowerPoint presentations.
Communicate complex information effectively through engaging written and verbal formats tailored to the client needs and audiences.
Ability to work through ambiguity, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Ability to work flexibly across time zones as per project requirements, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient project execution.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
MBA or master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields of study (preferably from premier B-Schools).
Certifications in Organizational Change Management, such as Prosci, or any certifications in Instructional Design or Learning Solutions, are considered a plus.
