As an Experienced Associate, the PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this role include: 

Researching suitable UI & UX framework for web-based systems. 

Create user flows/wireframe/mockup based on R&D data and customer requirements. Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience. 

Develop, design, rectify and deploy frontend based on feedback & R&D data by translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces. 

Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components. 

Ensure all the company applications, including but not limited to, Github, Zendesk etc. are managed in a secured manner with proper access authority and information, data, source code, files distribution privately on these channels.  

Ensure all codes, source code management system(s) and workstream management system(s) follow industry’s coding best practices and are free from cybersecurity risks.

Requirements

Recognized University Degree / Relevant certifications in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline. 

At least 2 years of working experience in relevant field. 

Strong knowledge and experience with frontend development frameworks such as jQuery, React or Vue. 

Good knowledge of Laravel framework and PHP language with strong understanding of how web components work. 

Familiar with HTTP / REST (APIs) for communication with the server. 

Customising, maintaining, and enhancing existing system applications UI/UX and adhere to agreed delivery schedules. 

Ability to write readable, well-maintained code, create extensive documentation for existing code and refactor the previously written code into a more readable and maintainable state. 

Experienced with using css templates like Bootstrap, Material Design etc. 

Experienced with using Figma / Adobe XD or relevant prototyping services. 

Experienced with Git, Subversion or other version control tools and IDEs like VS Code etc. 

Able to think systematically and can identify and expand upon common patterns and behaviors. 

Customising, maintaining and enhancing existing code and ensuring all codes, source code management system(s) and workstream management system(s) follow industry’s coding best practices and are free from cybersecurity risks. 

Understanding of Agile / Scrum development life-cycle and familiarity with work/project management tools like JIRA is an added advantage. 

Experience with third-party libraries and APIs, with knowledge to develop REST API an added advantage. 

Team player with good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. 

Passionate about learning new technologies and learning together with the team. 

Results oriented with an agile mindset. 

Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English Language with confidence.
