In change management and communications at PwC, you will focus on helping clients navigate organisational change and effectively communicate with stakeholders. You will work closely with clients to develop change management strategies, assess change readiness, and design communication plans to support successful change initiatives. Your work will provide guidance on employee engagement, training, and cultural transformation to drive organisational adoption and minimise resistance.

Our Management Consultants work with the client and project teams to support global engagements from India through activities that are driven towards delivering results - conduct analyses and develop insights, prepare excel models, analyze large sets of data, capture as-is processes, prepare work plans, design to-be processes. In addition, consultants also support project lead, work directly with client teams, and facilitate meetings to enable decision making, organize and prepare recommendations on client issues, and participate actively in new business development, thought leadership and firm building activities.  

PRACTICE OVERVIEW: WORKFORCE TRANSFORMATION 
At PwC, this team of consultants works with their US counterparts to develop both short and long-term Workforce Transformation solutions for our clients. Our practitioners facilitate transformation by conducting strategic change initiatives, assisting transformative leadership initiatives, designing HR processes, developing, and implementing learning interventions that align with the client’s business strategy.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:  

Key Responsibilities:  

As a WT practitioner, you will play a key role in helping clients navigate their transformation challenges by developing effective learning and change management strategies. You will provide tailored learning solutions to enhance workforce capabilities, optimize HR functions, and support long-term organizational success. By offering insights into company culture and designing impactful learning programs, you will help clients build a skilled, adaptable workforce that drives performance and growth. 

As such, the key responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):  

 

Engagement Delivery 

Delivering learning solutions for technology driven or culture-based client transformation journey, by including (but not limiting to) the below skill sets: 

Possess a deep understanding and experience in designing hybrid learning solutions for large-scale technical implementations, focusing on but not limited to platforms like Workday, Oracle, and SAP. 

Instructional Design (ID) or Learning Experience Design (LXD) with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional strategies. 

Work directly with clients to support engagement delivery – spanning across phases of analysis, design, development, and implementation of training. 

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver Training Needs Analysis, Curriculum design, role-based learning plans and blended learning solutions. 

Ability to develop engaging scenarios, activities, and assessments for blended learning solutions. 

Adept at using multimedia elements to create visually appealing learning assets. 

Continuously improve learning programs based on feedback, industry best practices, and emerging trends. 

Comprehend and communicate complex technical and functional information effectively through easily digestible and engaging written and verbal formats tailored to the client needs and audiences. 

Ability to work through ambiguity, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:  

MBA or master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields of study (preferably from premier B-Schools). 
Certification in Instructional Design or Training Facilitation is a plus.
