Responsibilities:

Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standardsTests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipmentDiagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioningCommunicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecutes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications:

Nissan experienceHigh School diplomaMust have at least 2 years of experience as an auto technicianAbility to read and comprehend written instructions and informationKnowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenanceQuick learnerExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsTeam playerMust have a valid driver’s licenseMaintain stall in an orderly and clean mannerAbility to identify problems quicklyKnowledge of automobilesMath, reading, and computer skillsAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsAble to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentASE Certifications
