Experienced Aviation Project Manager
Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, is seeking an experienced project manager to join our collaborative and innovative aviation team. Responsibilities include serving as the project manager for aviation projects; preparing reports, budgets, cost estimates, specifications, plans, schedules, studies, and permits; leading proactive client interactions and communications with regards to FAA programming, and state and government agencies; performing QA/QC tasks; and serving as the onsite project engineer on construction projects. A valid driver’s license and good driving record is preferred. A background check may be required. The successful candidate must have: a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field from an accredited college or university AND at least 10 years of relevant experience of which at least 2 years must be at the project manager level. OR if no degree, must have at least 14 years of relevant experience of which at least 2 years must be at the project manager level. The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following: Experience leading aviation design and construction projects Experience serving as the project manager on aviation projects PMP certification Experience mentoring and leading engineering project teams Construction management experience AutoCAD Civil 3D experience If you have strong communication and organizational skills, are self-motivated, proactive, and can work well both independently and as part of a team, complete the online application process for this job posting at www.meadhunt.com/careers.
