The Boeing CompanyThe Global Aerospace Safety team is seeking a highly capable Experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to lead the design of complex Business Intelligence information models, dashboards, metrics and reports utilizing technologies and methodologies that meet business objectives. This position will be based out of Seattle, Washington.
The Global Aerospace Safety team provides an integrated approach to strengthening aerospace safety across six focus areas. Our vision is to be industry leaders in aerospace safety, and we aim to serve, integrate and champion aerospace safety through humility and inclusion.
The leading candidate will have capabilities and strengths in the following areas:
Skill and ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data, summarize findings, and develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.Ability to use extensive and well recognized expertise in a wide variety of areas related to business intelligence and associated methodsKnowledge of how to derive and allocate functional requirements to show traceabilityAbility to model and analyze data from a computing technical and business process viewpoint.Good written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well with others as part of a diverse teamPosition Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintenance and development of data dashboards to track key performance metrics for the Global Aerospace Safety Initiative teamMaintain and enhance Boeing’s Safety Data Ecosystem and data catalogPerform statistical analysis of operational safety data and provide recommendationsIdentify opportunities to leverage automation and Boeing Artificial Intelligence capabilities to support safety objectivesGather and analyze data through the application of project management best practices to track team activities and performanceBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited course of study1+ years of experience in business analyticsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with project management and self- managing projectsExperience with Agile, Scaled Agile, Framework or related frameworksExperience working in a software development environment Experience telling stories via data visualizationsDrug Free Workplace:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Mid-Level (Level 3): $94,350 - $127,650
