Job Summary:
The Sales Specialist reports to the Sales Management Team and is directly responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers that result in vehicle sales. This vital role must have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and have the ability to work independently to build his/her business (with warm leads).
Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
OverallBuild customer relations with existing and new guests.Deliver top-notch customer service from the first touch-point to on-going follow-up.Maintain a professional look and attitude in the workplace at all times.Active Outreach to CustomersWork with ECommerce and Sales teams to ensure proper use of CRM system, including (but not limited to): fulfilling and logging daily, weekly and monthly tasks, making calls, and following-up with customers on an ongoing basis.Provide specific vehicle information to customers. Accurately log sources.Ensure accurate and detailed follow-up as per the customer's wants and needs.Goals and ExpectationsMeet weekly and monthly sales goals as set by Sales Management Team.Report to the Sales Management Team status of objectives, planned activities, and customer concerns.Training and EducationEnsure product knowledge of all vehicles and maintain all certifications, as per Maplecrest and Ford Motor Company standards.Abide by Maplecrest Company ExpectationsDemonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, vendors, and suppliers.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.Requirements:
