Your Role:
As a caregiver with TheKey, you'll play a critical role in executing personalized care plans catering to the all-encompassing needs of our clients. By delivering exceptional care, aiding in daily tasks, and supervising overall care, you'll become an indispensable part of our clients' lives. Your duties will include:
Providing personal care to our clients.Assisting with transportation for appointments, errands, and recreational activities. (must have a valid Driver's license, car insurance and registration)Preparing wholesome meals.Undertaking light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry.Employing interpersonal skills, including exceptional patience and attentive listening.

You will have the ultimate responsibility to help implement customized care plans that encompass solutions to nurture the whole person in mind, body and spirit. You will be providing impeccable care to clients by assisting in scheduled activities as well as overall care management. You will treat your clients like family, going above and beyond to enhance their quality of life.
Essential Functions:
Delivering exceptional care to dedicated clients in their homesAssisting in the execution of personalized weekly schedules and care plans Completing daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (Activities of Daily Living)Offering personal companionship and maintaining active engagement with each client by providing ongoing social and emotional supportAssisting with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparationPrioritzing order, safety and client satisifaction at all timesProviding transportation to and from appointments as neededPerforming administrative duties such as documenting task completion and reporting changes in the client's physical condition, mental capacity or behavior QualificationsWho You Are:

Required Skills, Education and Certifications:
At least 6 months of caregiving experienceProfessional and presents wellDriver with a valid driver's license, vehicle, up to date car insurance and car registration (this is a MUST!)HCA/PER ID registration preferred but not required to apply (we can help you obtain)Alzheimer's or dementia experience is a plusEmpathy, compassion and kindness is a MUSTAbility to use sound judgement and remain calm in a variety of situationsMust be reliable, dependable and on-timeBasic computer skills as well as overall technical savviness Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.Can pass a background check and provide referencesTB test within 90 days of hire Must have a reliable means of transportation to get to and from work
