 We are selectively seeking an Experienced Electrical Engineer with both strong technical skills and an affinity for business operations to join our team. Successful candidates will have a desire to work in a fast-paced environment based on trust and integrity and have an interest in a hands-on approach to business. Interested applicants should have a passion for manufacturing and innovation as well as a desire for a broad scope of daily responsibilities. In addition to these qualities, we are looking for someone with the following characteristics and qualifications:

Skills:

Experience with product or process innovations and a perpetual drive toward learning Proven results towards continuous improvements and a consistent progression in roles and responsibilitiesProduct Design Experience in circuit design and component selectionFamiliarity with many different aspects of the manufacturing process, i.e. controls, programming, launchExperience in quoting, price negotiation, etc…Knowledge of lighting and LED design is a plusProven leadership ability and desire to work in a team based atmosphere  

Additionally, we're looking for the following qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering3+ years of experience in related fieldMust be a U.S. citizen or green card holderManufacturing experience is a plus!
