Innotec, a high-growth, unique and fully automated manufacturer of automotive, furniture and appliance components is selectively seeking an experienced, hands-on Engineer. Characteristics:

· Desire to work in a team-based atmosphere

· Good communication skills

· Demonstrated success with product or process innovations and improvement along with a perpetual drive toward learning

· Proven self-directed project management skills while consistently hitting deadlines

· Launch experience in automotive industry – familiarity with PPAP process and APQP

· Familiarity with many different aspects of the manufacturing process, i.e. product/machine design and build, launch, quoting, price negotiation, customer interaction, etc…

· IATF 16949 familiarity is an advantage

· Ability and willingness to work up to 70% of time on the floor to help determine and correct issues, improve processes

· Willingness to support and to participate in production activities

Qualifications:

· A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)

· 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting 

· Automotive industry specific experience is a requirement

· Ability to read, write, speak and understand English at an independent level 

· Proven leadership ability

· Project management skills and familiarity with project management tools to effectively supervise more complex projects

· Ability to launch and lead $20k-$100k projects
