It is important to note that these positions may require a 2nd shift schedule based on the business's needs. **Position Responsibilities:** + Performs composite lay-up, fabrication and assembly tasks + Composite bagging and forming + Composite drilling and bonding + Tooling preparation + Machine set up and operation + Overhead crane operation **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 3+ years of experience in manufacturing + 1+ years of experience with composite layup + 1+ years of experience in composite fabrication processes + Ability to lift up to 35 pounds + Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Experience with Lean Principles (Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and 5-S tools) + Experience managing or working with safety, quality, and manufacturing performance data + Experience with Contoured Tape Layup Machine + Experience with Radius Filler operations + Experience with AFGM processes + Experience with Quality operations **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies _._ **Total Rewards** At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
