Join us in powering the progress of global aerospace. **Position Overview:** The Boeing Company is currently seeking **Experienced Functional Analyst – SAP** to join the team in **Bengaluru, India.** The Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA) Product Systems team is responsible for the delivery and management of critical systems that support Boeing’s entire Product Lifecycle. **Position Responsibilities :** + To conduct complex and interactive finance integrated solutioning workshops + To analyze and design the“To-Be”design for the Enterprise Financial Structure,leading finance process transformation supported by leading SAP processes and capabilities. + To develop functional and technical specifications. + To execute necessary configuration of SAP Financial Accounting(FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO) + To manage the stakeholders and to work on building client relationship. + To work together with both onshore and offshore teams + Design and configure finance solutions for identified gaps in functionality and business process. + Work with internal business customers and process owners to define business requirements and design high level solution that aligns with both IT and business road maps. + Work with IT team members to build detailed solution that aligns with both business requirements and architectural principles. + Ensure the solution built is scalable to high volume, flexible for future enhancements,Secure internally and externally and up-gradable to future releases. + Solve complex problems on SAP&non-SAP Finance space in partnership with the other IT teams, troubleshoot the critical issues and fix as needed. + Follow SAFe principles and guidelines. + Provide periodic updates to the respective project delivery teams -related to progress of design blockers, KDD’s(Key Design Decisions) and other Architecture issues. + Adopt,establish standards,best practices and processes as needed towards design high quality functional and technical solutions. + Ability to measure, track, and correct outcomes based on metrics including SLA’s (Service Level Agreements), KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)and user experience customer satisfaction. **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 5+years of experience with Systems Applications and Processing(SAP), S/4HANA. + 5+years of experience working as a SAP Functional Analyst Finance + 3+ years of experience in configuration and implementation of SAP Financial Accounting(FI) and Managerial Accounting(CO)capabilities such as Product costing,labor costing,overhead costing,actual costing,financial reporting,P&L reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, manufacturing, and Inter- company processes. + 3+years of experience with general ledger month-end close. + Demonstrate knowledge in designing and implementing SAP Finance and S/4HANA. + Experience in designing Enterprise Financial Structure,leading finance process transformation supported leading SAP capabilities. + Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. + Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. + Excellent leadership(good to have),communication(written and oral)and interpersonalskills. + Experience in Finance supporting large and complex business environments. + Strong functional knowledge in Finance **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + 1+years of experience with migrating applications to Cloud platform. + 1+years of experience in cloud-based solutions and applications + Experience with one or more of these areas: Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Asset Accounting, Revenue Recognition, Revenue Analysis, Material Costing, + Close Consolidation and Reporting functions, General Ledger month-end closing, + Project Systems, Product Costing, Material Costing, PMMO or Grouping/Pegging/Distribution, manufacturing, and Inter-company processes + Experience with SAP Activate methodology. + Certified Scrum Master/SAFe Certification or equivalent a plus + Aerospace and Defense experience **Typical Education & Experience:** Bachelor’s degree with 9-12 years of related work experience or master’s degree with 8 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience **Relocation:** This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility within INDIA. **Export Control Requirements:** Not an export control position **Equal Opportunity Employer:** We are an equal opportunity employer.
