Looking for a graphic design opportunity with a strong focus on digital training visuals?  This newly-created, 100% remote position is a chance to help the customer shape their visual communication needs through collaboration and innovative design. 

 

Serco has an outstanding opportunity for a Full-Time Graphic Designer embedded with a federal agency that is headquartered in Washington, DC. 

 

You will be part of a team of training professionals that work closely with the customer’s learning and development office to analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate, and market the agency’s professional growth programs.  

 

In this role, you will:

Develop, refine, and publish visual communication productsAnalyze visual communication goals and provide recommendations to meet themDesign graphics that communicate a clear messageAdhere to established branding guidelinesCreate multiple mock-ups to provide optionsConduct revisions as necessaryEnsure Accessible and 508-compliant designAssist agency staff to realize their vision for visual communication Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

4+ years of work experience in creating graphic designs for customersA high level of interpersonal and communication skills, including consultative designAbility to pass an agency background checkProven experience with the Adobe Creative Suite including:InDesignPhotoshopIllustratorAcrobatAnimation programsExperience in the Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with MS SharePoint and OneDrive

 

Additional desired experience and skills:

Experience creating graphics for learning productsExperience supporting a federal customerExperience working remotely
