We’re looking for Eyelash Specialists who are:

✨ Skilled in lash extensions, lifts, and brow services (some lashing experience required)

✨ Knowledgeable about safety and sanitation standards

Responsibilities:

Create excellent experiences for every guest Perform high quality services – eyelash extensions, tints, lash/brow lifts, threading and more Perform maintenance services such as refills and lash removal Provide customer service and education to clients on proper aftercare Keep up with the latest trends in the industry Promote products and memberships Maintain a clean and sterile work environment Team player, supporting training efforts while also pursing continued growth in the art of lashing Remain current on certifications and trends in the industry REQUIRED SKILLS:

Active Cosmetology, Esthetics or Eyelash Specialty license in Tennessee Prior eyelash extension experience a PLUS Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills Well organized, detail oriented and artistic Reliable with a consistent work record Initiates self-learning WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?

When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
