We are looking for Experienced/Trained Lash Technicians to join us.  You must still be willing to accept training with the Lash Lounge standards (Without Exception) due to our commitment to standards of quality we intend to provide.  Previous training could expedite this process, however you MUST complete our franchise requirements. A built-in book of leads (500)/Marketing and Advertising by Trained Marketing Associates Willingness to market yourself and team with management to grow business.   Willingness to accept corporate standards as an artist that comply with Lash Lounge.  Discounts on services and retail products Possible compensation as much as $75,000 per year + Tips Opportunities for definitive career growth and advancement You MUST have a Nevada License in Esthetics or Cosmetology for employment Our ideal Lash Artist has at 1-2 years experience and: Work 30-40 hours per week is mandatory.  Work independently in a team environment Accomplish franchise Lash Artist requirements Highly motivated, personable, and willing to take your expertise to the next level All pre-screening requirements and proof of certifications MUST be available Must have a Cosmetology or Esthetics license. Required Skills of a Lash Technician: Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license/Nevada Required 1+ years as a Lash Technician required.
