Experienced Platform Analyst (Qualtrics)

About the role

As a Senior Platform Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of complex surveys and integrated reporting tools. You will be responsible for managing data within platforms, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes. Your role extends beyond the technical aspects, as you provide expertise and advice to internal teams and clients, making a significant impact on the success of our projects.

 

Main Responsibilities:

Advise the different parts of the business with advisory on best practice platform use. Developing relationships with both internal and external clients of the team. Import question sets and associated questionnaire workflows e.g. question routing into survey platforms, predominantly Qualtrics. Manage the employee survey technical process including translations, email campaigns and distribution using pre-defined methods/processes. Manage data within survey platforms, including sense checking and quality checks.  Building reporting and dashboard systems integrated into survey platforms such as Qualtrics/Medalliaensuring data quality and consistency with other reporting. Accountability for the smooth and successful technical use of survey platforms on client accounts, including bespoke advice to internal teams, regular contact with clients as the technical platform representative and prompt and proactive response to potential issues or queries. Build familiarity and expertise with a wider range of platform functionality e.g. 360/180 tools, qualitative analysis, dashboard and reporting visualizations. Exploration of the market and tools we could adopt and work with. Take an approved approach, and with supervision bring it to life. Quality control throughout, ensuring accuracy of all survey builds and reporting outputs. Representing the company to external clients as a survey platform technical expert, maintaining professional communication with clients. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business (UK and International) to advise on platform best practice. Collaborate with Partner platforms to improve our offering. Assist with new business with scoping, costs and client demos.

 

Requirements:

Experience in survey platforms, particularly Qualtrics.  Qualtrics certification is a strong advantage. Proficiency in data visualization (e.g., tables, charts, graphs). Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with a focus on solutions. Excellent planning, scheduling, anticipation, and organizational abilities. Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience in HTML, CSS, and Javascript is a plus. A strong curiosity and eagerness to learn.
